What is CrossFit

Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. A regimen of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity in a communal environment leads to health and fitness.

Packages

  • Unlimited CrossFit Classes and Open Gym £55 per month
  • Olympic Lifting Camp £100 (8, 90min sessions) email for availability.
