Every workout of the day (WOD) is designed with a framework that can be adjusted based on your individual needs. Scaling allows us to modify movements, weights, reps, and even the intensity of a workout, ensuring that everyone gets a challenging and effective workout, no matter their current fitness level.


For example:

• If a workout includes pull-ups but you’re still building upper-body strength, we might scale to ring rows or assisted pull-ups.

• If the workout involves heavy barbell lifts, we’ll adjust the weight or even substitute a similar movement with lighter equipment until you’re ready to go heavier.

• Feeling like you’re ready to push harder? We’ll challenge you with more advanced variations to keep you progressing.
